Ben Simmons' New Jersey Home is on Sale at $5.1M.

If you have heard the rumors, there is an ongoing issue between Ben Simmons and the Philadelphia 76ers and the latter is considering trading their point guard. And most recently, Simmons was already suspended in the season opener after a disagreement during practice.

Now, we seem to see that all roads point to Simmons' desire in leaving the team including his real estate transactions. Earlier this June, he listed his Philadelphia apartment, and now, it is confirmed that he also listed his five full and one half bathroom mansion in Moorestown, New Jersey—about a 40-minute drive from where the 76ers play—for $5 million and our Compass partner, Juliet Cordeiro, holds this listing.

This home has been masterfully designed by the talented team Widell & Boschetti and was built in 2019. The main living space is open-concept, with an open upstairs hallway looking down upon the high ceilinged living room and a kitchen with black cabinetry, black tiled walls, open shelving, and unique mitered Cambria quartz countertops that almost look like they have a zebra-striped pattern at first glance.

The entire home is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art Savant home audio/visual automation system, a full home security system, and a gated front driveway access control system. Additional upgrades/features include a full irrigation system, extensive privacy landscaping, 6 ft tall fencing surrounding the entire property plus a separated dog park /kid play area with turf grass, and more. Premier location close to all major highways to Philadelphia, NYC, and the Jersey Shore plus golf courses, shopping, dining, and private schools.
